Operator

Oyen, Alberta

At CAP, our purpose is to inspire people to embrace challenges and achieve success. It is essential that our team consists of the right people – are you a “CAP person”? Are you ready for a challenge?

CAP is a small company with offices in Edmonton, Whitehorse, and St. John’s. We pride ourselves in being responsive and adaptable to our client’s needs. This means our staff are involved in a diverse range of opportunities across Canada in the transportation, energy, and mining industries.

A CAP person thinks big, identifies problems, and takes initiative to help find innovative solutions. They thrive in logistically challenging situations and will do whatever it takes to get the job done, regardless of whether it’s in their job description. Our systems are in development and far from perfect; a CAP person views this as an opportunity to innovate, rather than a hindrance.

A CAP person believes that a team is stronger than the individual and that collaboration and partnering is essential to find the best solutions. They encourage continual improvement and share knowledge through mentoring of junior staff.

Our view is that effort = success. A CAP person is dedicated and driven to succeed and reach their full potential. They have goals outside of work, love to travel around the world and give back to the community. A CAP person socializes and maintains relationships with our clients over a beverage and by attending industry events such as golf days, curling bonspiels and ice-fishing derbies.

Are you a CAP Person? Will you embrace the challenge to help us build something special? If so, we would love for you to join our team.
