Our Role

CAP’s role was to prepare the substation’s site and its access road. This included clearing, topsoil, and stockpile removal. We completed site grading and compaction, including supply, placement, and compaction of engineered fill, pit run, and road crush gravel. CAP also provided all survey services for the staking of locations and elevations.
