As the years go on, renewable energy is becoming a more viable source of energy and CAP is all for making a greener world. This renewable energy project involved the engineering design of a 140MWac solar power plant in Acadia Valley which is a small city located 4 hours south-east of Edmonton. The collection system consists of 34.5kV underground cables connecting to a step-up transformer in a new 144kV RES Bullseye substation.
