Our Role
CAP was awarded the entire concrete foundation scope for this project. We oversaw the work of our own carpenters, as well as our concrete, civil, and oil containment subcontractors. To ensure open and thorough communication between our subcontractors and the client, we provided daily progress reports and attended weekly construction meetings.
We procured all materials to construct the transformer and circuit breaker pads. On top of managing third party material testing, we conducted regular quality checks during the drilling, pouring, and rebar stages of the piles and pads. Our subcontractors consulted with us on every issue encountered. We also managed all quality and safety aspects of the job.
