Our Role
CAP was awarded the entire civil scope for this project. We oversaw our earthworks operators, as well as our concrete, civil, oil containment, and screw-piling subcontractors. To ensure open and thorough communication between our subcontractors and the client, we provided daily progress reporting and attended weekly construction meetings.
We procured all materials to construct the substation pad, transformer, and circuit breaker pads. On top of managing third party material testing, we conducted regular quality checks during earthworks, concreting, and screw piling. Our subcontractors consulted with us on every issue encountered. We also managed all quality and safety aspects of the job.
